Ron’s focus is on building a powerful environment where clients, our teams and creative thrive. Ron is a third-generation designer; a graduate in Graphic Design from Sheridan College and an MBA graduate from University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.

Our founder is a designer, artist and business leader whose ability to succeed through decades of industry challenges and change is the reason we are here today. Glenn began in the major Toronto advertising agencies of the 1960s before striking out independently and incorporating Glenn A. Davis & Associates Ltd. in 1971. Glenn’s philosophy of Dramatic Simplicity™ is our company mantra, resulting in design that is powerful, emotive and compelling. Glenn retired in 2007. Today his three sons, Ron, Steve and Jeff actively lead the business, continuing the culture and values that Glenn established.
